How could I not know that International Women’s Day was today, March 8th? I have not lived in a vacuum. I watch the news at least once a day and get news updates. I stumbled on it on two blogs today.
More importantly, how could I not know of its existence at all? It has been observed since the early 1900’s. Follow this link to read a brief history.
