Hearts are expandable.

After days of rain, skies clear, sun peeks out, birds and children splash in remaining puddles, steam rises to form clouds.

Lollipops and tootsie roll pops, wax lips and snow cones, vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.

A cloudy afternoon on an otherwise hot day, a cool breeze rustling leaves, a bird in the distance just being itself.

A trip across a border for the first time combined with friends, a toddler to laugh with, awesome food, perfect weather, places to stroll and talk, and my favorite person, my husband, that is a really nice thought and was real.  That the hotel was clean and quiet made it all perfect.
